What is N-Acetyl-Carboxylated Oligosaccharins (NACO)?

N-Acetyl-Carboxylated Oligosaccharins is a proprietary derivative of Oligosaccharins. The research and manufacturing of N-Acetyl-Carboxylated Oligosaccharins is one of the National Key Technology R&D Projects (Patent No.: 201010294821.2). N-Acetyl-Carboxylated Oligosaccharins produced from marine organisms and special enzymolysis technology.

N-Acetyl-Carboxylated Oligosaccharins is the second generation of Oligosaccharins and its carboxyl groups make it has stronger biological functions than Oligosaccharins, and easier absorbed by plants, and has excellent chelation ability.

As N-Acetyl-Carboxylated Oligosaccharins have strong chelation ability, we combine N-Acetyl-Carboxylated Oligosaccharins and Iodine (NACO Iodine) to make a new bio fungicide. Iodine works as a fast-effect disinfectant because of its strong oxidizing ability, but it is not stable. The chelation of NACO Iodine makes it a stable bio fungicide. According to the test results, NACO Iodine is effective in preventing and controlling the following plant diseases:

1. Fungal diseases: Anthracnose, grey mold, downy mildew, powdery mildew, blight, leaf spot, and etc. on melons, grapes, citrus and etc.;

2. Fungal diseases that attack young plants, eg. sheath blight and root rot, by foliar spray or drench.

3. Diseases that attack vascular bundle of plants, eg. Fusarium and Verticillium wilts, by root drench.

4. Virus disease on tomato, pepper and etc.: suggested to spray with fertilizers.
